Tank Installation

Southern Aurora Contracting (SAC) can source tanks and vessels manufactured by others and have them installed. All a turnkey operation. We can arrange the transport from the manufacturer to the site, access through the site and cranes for placement onto the tank platform.

Site assembled/fabricated GRP tanks with capacities of 950 cubic meters have been site fabricated by SAC employees (12m Dia. x 8.4m High), complete with roof. Prefabricated skins for the wall, flooring, knuckle radius formers, top flange and roof panels arrive on site for our crew to assemble and complete lamination of resin and glass.

SAC can land the tanks onto the support structure, and anchor down to the support pads.

SAC can place pumps on plinths and then pipe up to and from the tank.

Any shape or configuration is possible, again mainly to suit the special needs of the site.

SAC can also install the specialist equipment for Air Pollution control; this may include Duct, Fans, Scrubbers, Chemical Storage Tanks and Stacks.
